12-7-2022: Installed three overlapping 8ft spot repair patch liners through the existing clean out in the basement floor, and position to cover over the area at the curb and parkway where the pipe is severely cracked.

We are applying our Trenchless Cast Mortar to all of the underground cardboard air ducts. The weak cardboard air ducts are now encased in our strong concrete like mortar and will no longer deteriorate in the future.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are clay tile ducts. There was no signs of water in the ducts at time of inspection. There were separated joints and some cracking in the pipes which could be contributing to the moisture in the house. The plenum bottom is also gravel. Suggest spin cast mortaring then spray lining ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material.
We are cleaning all the underground and Encapsulating all the transite pipe with 2 coats of our duct lining material, leaving a safe and clean duct for air to travel through and into the home.

Video inspection of sewer from inside clean out. Sewer has heavy roots. Suggest cleaning roots the installing liner from inside clean out to the city main. This avoids having to dig up 86 ft of sewer under driveway and under a street.
